Our Empowering Community

The strength of the PCEA Teen Skill Program lies in the diverse, mission-driven community behind it. We believe in collaboration and shared purpose to equip teens for a successful future

Sponsors & Donors – Fueling Futures

Sponsors provide the financial support that makes it possible to offer high-quality training, materials, and mentorship to teens who need it most. By funding scholarships, tools, and internet access, sponsors break down barriers and help build a generation of confident, skilled youth. In return, they gain brand visibility and community impact.

Instructors – Skill Builders & Role Models

Instructors bring energy, expertise, and creativity to the program. They teach practical, beginner-friendly skills in areas like design, tailoring, tech, and more. These professionals or experienced hobbyists empower teens with knowledge, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment. All teaching is virtual, flexible, and fully supported.

Coordinators & Support Team – Behind-the-Scenes Heroes

Program coordinators manage operations, tech, communication, and class logistics. Their efforts ensure classes run smoothly, instructors stay supported, and teens stay engaged. They are the backbone of the program’s success, creating structure and consistency for all involved.

Volunteers & Mentors – Nurturing Growth

Our mentors and volunteers guide teens through leadership, digital literacy, and faith-based support. While one-on-one mentorship is not guaranteed, group mentorship offers collective wisdom, feedback, and encouragement. Volunteers help teens stay motivated, make progress, and grow personally and professionally.

Affiliates & Partners – Extending Our Reach

Churches, community organizations, schools, and businesses partner with us to expand our reach and impact. Affiliates help with outreach, host opportunities for graduates, or offer material support. These partnerships help the program scale and remain locally relevant across global communities.

Parents & Other Supporters – Champions at Home

Parents and guardians play a key role by encouraging participation, supporting learning at home, and helping teens stay accountable. Their involvement strengthens the impact of the program. Other supporters—alumni, youth advocates, and friends—spread the word, offer encouragement, and contribute to a positive, empowering environment.
